Return Policy

Laurel Field Co. accepts returns for defective products only. Because many of our products are live plants and natural goods, we cannot accept returns for healthy plants, change-of-mind purchases, or items that have been damaged after pickup, delivery, planting, or care.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the issue. Eligible defective items may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded depending on the item and availability.

We do accept exchanges when possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be approved by Laurel Field Co. before the item is returned or replaced.

Please do not return or ship any item back to us without contacting us first. We will provide instructions if a return or exchange is approved.

This return policy applies to orders within the United States.
